Could not use link

I received a link from Hellopeter to respond to a complaint I recently posted. The link didn't work see response: FileCache Fatal Error: Permission denied for selected cache folder!

Secondly I cannot find the complaint, it is not listed in my reports, so I cannot rate the response. In any case as far as I am aware there has not been any response.
