I am so frustrated. I have Microsoft Office for Mac 2011 which I bought for R 1000 a month ago. It is the most unreliable software I have ever used. Besides being difficult to use it abruptly closes because of some 'error' that forces it to close. I lose hours of work. Why do you create and sell such software if it will only frustrate your customers? Do you have your customers best interests at heart? If you do then why do you sell sub-standard products?
There are so many alternatives to microsoft these days. How do I get my money back?
