I am still waiting 2 weeks later for a reply from Asus about part for my motherboard.
The motherboard also has some issues. This is my first and last Asus motherboard. Never in my life have I ever had so many problems with a motherboard. I had 2 install Windows 3 times in 3 days. Boot up takes 8 second but for windows to become responsive takes 20-30 minutes. Optical audio out is not working and I have the right drivers. Things that worked today does not work tomorrow. I have replaced all parts as a result of this new cpu, ram, hdd, graphics card and so forth. This is supposedly one of their top motherboards the Maximus V extreme. Do not buy this item or support them.
