Repairs on Prestigio E-reade

In December, I received a Prestigio Reader as a Christmas Gift, I bought this at CNA, Lakeside Mall, on 13 February I took it back as the Power button came out and I could not operate it on or off. the manager at Lakeside, Hermm assisted me and told me he has to send it in for repairs. he duly sent it to Asbis who would fix it. On 4 March after being charged R171.00 including R50.00 for delivery, which I paid via internet, just to receive a pretigio e-reader that was not mine. I then contacted Herman at Asbis and told him, I did not receive my original e-reader. He told me that the books that I downloaded were missing, as they had to change out the memory card, and that the e-reader was mine, and that I could just proceed to download the books again, it makes no difference. After a while I realised that the serial number at the back was stuck on with sello tape and not in the correct position. I know that the PRESIGIO E-READER IS NOT MINE. I phoned Herman at Asbis back again, and told him I wanted my own back. he then came back and said he would collect this one on Monday 18 March 2013 and give me a new one, Needless to say, I am still waiting for them to collect!
