An update from Ace

Oh an up date on the repair been 3 weeks and they are still waiting for parts. Also the manager refuse's to try and remedy the situations and shrugs it off as this is what has to happen and that there is nothing anyone can do to change it. So much for they 7 day turn around time. I would suggest that you go with another brand of laptop. I'm not saying that they are bad I'm just saying of anything goes wrong then you will not have a PC for 2 months almost guaranteed
