Still No Help

This is now my second complaint about ACER and their so called service. I have received an email asking what the issue is and then that person says that someone will be in contact with me. Someone did contact me, but I didn't answer the phone as I was driving, the person left a message saying they would contact me the following morning, I am still waiting.
I received my laptop back from ACER because I refuse to pay R820 for them to reload software onto my laptop. I received the laptop with this software and it is just over 2 months old, how is it possible that I need to have the software reloaded if I have not been able to use this laptop properly since I received it.
Now, I have a look at the documents that come with my laptop and low and behold, there is a note on there - UNIT DIRTY WITH LIGHT SCRATCHES ON LOWER CASE AND LCD PANEL. When this was sent to ACER, there was nothing wrong with it!!! The plastic was still on the lcd, now I see that the plastic has been taken off, there were no scratches on the panel, it was NEVER dirty. It is 2 months old, do you think I live in a soiled place???
Please can someone tell me what I am to do with a new laptop that I cannot use?!?!?!
