when I was called in August, your staff member offered a laptop for an instalment of R368 per month
however, the incorrect instalment started deducting and when i called in they mentioned a sim and dongle instalment was included. Please retrieve the call recording as your staff member did not mention there is any additional installments. I tried calling in and the consultant told me she can't help me. Totally unprofessional and day light robbery. And i asked on that call. is the instalment only R368 and she constantly replied yes. please sort out urgently. Because i have been trying to call in and i am not being assisted.
