I brought my pc in for repairs for water damage to Let me repair the service consultant at the service centre was helpful and took in the pc telling me that the quote for repair will take 2-5 days to do then once I have accepted the quote and made payment they will then order the parts and it will take 7 - 14 days and the computer will be ready for collection. I accepted the repair quote made payment 20th December 2013 and on the 31st December phoned to check how far computer was from being complete to get told oh they only ordered the part yesterday the 30th 10 days after payment was made when I asked why they don't know but the will follow up, I then called again on the 3rd January to find out what is happening to get told the supplier is closed till the 6th Jan so I called again on the 7th to get told the parts are on back order as they don't have stock the eta date is the 17th Jan, I call on the 17th to confirm parts received and when the computer will be ready to get told oh no the eta date is now the 24th Jan when I ask why no one know that is what the suppliers says, I have now just called today to find out still no parts maybe tomorrow.
