Bad service turned excellent

I took my HP laptop for repairs. The bill was paid in full. After about 2 weeks I was told that the parts must still be ordered!!! I blew my top! We phoned them and told them we are fetching the computer and want our money back. They said its fine but the payment will take 21 days!!! Ridiculous. Got to the center and one of the technicians met up with us and informed us that the parts manager is in Botswana... This had nothing to do with me... Ok but then he said they can fix it and have it ready in an hour. We went for coffee. When we returned another guy, Werner the technical manager met up with us and said his not satisfied yet but will deliver the computer at my house. This indeed happened the same day!!! Thanks a lot Werner!!! I dont know how they got the parts that fast but Werner did go the extra mile in the end after all the struggle.
