1Feb 2013 got my new handset I applied for insurance filled and signed an application. 1month after my Samsung Galaxy S3 fell and the screen cracked. I took it to the branch 14 March found out that my phone had not been insured as they never sent in my application but found it under the counter. They sent it away for repairs on their cost. I received the quote for restoration cost by the repair centre a week after. I informed the store and they assured me that they have accepted the quote and have made payment. On the 3rd of April they sent me a sms to sy my phone is ready for collection, I went in waited half an hour for a consultant just to hear thst the sms was sent in error. When asking where my phone was they informed me that the repair centre had repaired it and will send it within 2 days. I have called in to inquire on where my phone is. They informed me the curier cpy dispatched it to the wrong place. I called mtn and gave them a jobcard nr which i got from the branch they only received the conformation from the branch 17 April and that they do not have any parts 2 fix my phne its been almost 40 days paying for a phone i dont have I want a new phone or cancel my contract
