In a market where customer service is an afterthought, i was delighted with the service and efficiency received from iFix. I dealt with Wyndham Naude, who had my iPhone booked in, repaired and serviced with so little hassle to me personally, that being without my phone was no big inconvenience.
I was pleasantly surprised by the catchy email i received, informing me that my device had been received and booked with their specialists. I was also updated via sms with regards to the progress. Less than 24 hours later, i was reunited with my iPhone.
