I dont know if I have the correct supplier apart from the fact that it is Nashua Port Elizabeth and they deal with the copier I have in my office.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NASHUA, they are pathetic.
I have had problems with my copiers/fax/scanner almost from day one and all they do is come up with excuses. It is not the machine; they say all other models like the one i have are not giving any problems what-so-ever; mine is the ONLY ONE, ergo, I am doing something wrong.
They make excuses about the paper.
They say it is wrong
Never mind the fact that a clip on the machine broke within 2 months; that the rollers have had a problem, that it continually jams; that it curls the paper as it comes out (oh the technician says, it comes out at over a 100 degrees as it is hot and therefore curls); I'm told I can't use "recycled" paper in paper feed tray yet my old machine which came out of Noah's ark never jammed.
The last time the "technician" came out he made so many excuses that the electrician's who were working in the office next door were gobsmacked at all the "nonsense and excuses" that were made.
