Bad design=product unusable=I should pay for???

I am fed up with the rear paper jam. It always jams!

And if miraculously it prints, I can NEVER print more than one page. Then i need to
1. remove UNDAMAGED paper from rear,
2. open/close top cover and try again...

CATCH: I can do this until forever without results, unless i remove the paper tray and wiggle the paper to the back.

I read forums where many have a similar issue with the A4 paper tray and reverted to using the A3 only. This is embarrassing, as it is a A4 PRINTER!!!

I do not see the point in returning the machine to Makro as they'll have a lot of stories and if i'm lucky do their job to send it to you for repair, but then again, it's not broken!
What will you do? Redesign the design fault?

Note-I Have not done anything funny with the machine. I hardly use it and when i want to this happens. Then i get mad and just print somewhere else. The printer sleeps under a sheet when not in use, and do not get any abuse, therefore i do not take responsibility.

I want a new machine without design problems, or my money back! And a refund for the toner i just installed which i cannot use.

I do demand proper service from this or ill take it further
