HAND IN A CAMERA FOR REPAIRS A YEAR AGO

I handed my Panasonic Lumix Digital camera in for repairs at 'Let me repair' in Durban on the 20 January 2013. My camera needed a new lens and was send to the Johannesburg branch. After several phone calls, speaking to the staff in Durban and Johannesburg, I was told that the camera is repaired in Johannesburg. They told me they will send it down. I had to pay a deposit of R1242.21, and I am still waiting. It is now almost a year later, I still dont have my camera.
