Exactly the same as all the other complaints about this company. They deliver cartridges without it being ordered, as mush as 21 at a time! They refuse to take it back! I contacted them 5 times, nobody in senior position comes back to me. I was promised that a recording of the order will be send to me, never happened. I think it is time for Carte Blanch!
