I sent an email to your support email about 2 months ago and again two weeks ago and still no responds. my printer has been broken for over two months and I am now really irate. it is brand new und I registered for the 5 year guarantee. the exact same service was given to me when my other printer broke and it is unacceptable!!! I suggest you contact me asap. I have proof of registration and you not helping me is a blatant breach of contact.
