After many irritating phone calls these people kept phoning me to sell their cartridges, they guarantee that the cartridge would last 3 months so I said in that case I will order 1 Black and 1 Color for my HP desk jet, after less than a month the black was finished. I phoned them and all the Director said was either I pay the R864.12 for the 2 cartridges (original cartridges costs R300.00 less) or face legal action, I must send the cartridge back so that they can see how much prints I did but out of my own cost. So I rather paid and thought let me get them of my back. 4 January 2013 I receive in my post office a box with no indication what it is I opened it just to find 4 cartridges from New Tech. I immediately phoned but every time I wanted to speak to the manager in connection with the order that I did not order, the receptionist will let me hold for 30 minutes every time or they have the excuse they are in a meeting, after the 6th call and messages left to contact me, I started getting rude because that is the only way these people react. The manager phoned me back to tell me I ordered 4 cartridges after my 1 st order of 2, which I did not. Stay away they are bad!!!
