I called today to get a quote on a notebook.By now waiting forever for your incompetent switchboard to answer a call is a way of life, today however the phone was first slammed down in my ear. Eventually I got a salesman called Richard and asked him to send me a quote on 2 core i5 notebooks. I never received the quote which means I could not quote my customer which in turn means I would probably lose the sale. You are always out of stock on items listed on your price list, to such an extent that I closed my online shop thanks to your pathetic service, now I can't even get a quote when I call. If you can not provide me with service please tell me and I will gladly take my business elsewhere, but please stop WASTING MY TIME. You already destroyed my one company, you are not going to destroy the other one
