No way to treat a potential new client

I got a call from an agent who offered me a quote, I was very much interested in getting a quote to see if I can save on premiums. I spent over 30min on the phone, giving all my information and I was given the quote amount, (which came to lower than my current premium) but then some items was missed by the agent (ie household contents) and I was promised that I will be contacted back within 5-10 min to finalize the quote.
After not receiving a call by lunch the next day, I called MiWay to follow up, where I was told the agent will call me back.By end of day, I called again to still get the same answer. Only a day later, another agent called me, and we finished the quote. Due to the fact that this new quote indicated that I could save? R500, I req'd the quote in writing, to enable me to compare and make an informed decision. Another promise was made, and again I had to call to follow up on the quote? After receiving it almost 4 days after the initial contact, the agent again promised to phone me to discuss the quote, at 11 today, needless to say I'm still waiting! Makes me wonder, do you really want my business? If it's this difficult to get a policy, how hard is it to claim?
