Please fix your quotation option - my company is paying for my Unisa Text books - I need to provide them with a quote -
Your Quote cart only accepted 1 of the several text books I need-
Your call centre in this instance was not particularly helpful - one of your agents telling me to do the quote myself- and the other telling me she needs a myriad of details from my company before she can assist,
All I need is a simple quote with takealots header, price of my order and banking details-
I'll end this complaint by saying takealot is still by far my preferred online store and I'm merely posting here as the books are an emergency and I have phoned twice- so hopefully this will get to the right people
