After a hard drive crash with a 2 month old computer, the HD was replaced but all the software had to be reloaded including the Office 365. After loading and setting up my mail, and eventually getting things to work reasonably well (as well as one can expect with such a dramatic change with Windows8) all my outlook mail sent (and I mean it has been sent to the addressee - confirmation reports have been received showing this) the email does not go into the sent folder but stays, or goes into the outbox. I have searched (and I am so tired of having to learn another system... where is the productivity for SMME's) all over the net to no avail. I now try and sign onto Microsoft to ask for assistance and it does not recognise any of the email addresses used to download 365?
I think it is easier just to write to Hellopeter and wait for them to contact me.
