I CAN'T LOG ONTO MY UNISA EMAIL ADDRESS

I'm failing to access my UNISA emails. Each time I try to sign in I'm getting a message that I must sign out of Microsoft 365 and I cannot use it on Outlook. I don't know what the is going on because I've never subscribed to Microsoft Office 365. My email address is [email protected]. Please help, I need to check important mail relating to my studies with UNISA.
