Continual Updates that eat up all my AIRTIME

Dear Microsoft, Because your software is so badly designed it appears that you need to download very large updates to my computer continually. This means that for the last two months I have lost all my Gigs for use on home internet to Microsoft's stupid updates. I understand that you dominate the world market and I have no choice but to deal with you but could you please inform me how I can tell your organisation to stick it where the sun don't shine permanently. I turned updates off on my control panel last month but lo and behold when I manually requested updates when I was on a work wireless account during the day, the stupid computer remained on a setting which allowed it to download the majority of the updates during the evening from my home network. It is the 12th of the month, I lost 2 Gigs of data to your stupid company who have already too much money from us all. I cannot afford to get more. I hate Windows and I hope you all rot in . I am going to figure out how to turn you off so that I never get another stupid update for your stupid malfunctioning software again. You are all money-thieving ......
