So let's see Microsoft: You've taken my money for Outlook 2013 via your online store, yes, my bankers confirmed it. I got to the download page and clicked the "install" link but, would you believe it, Microsoft tell me that "Something went wrong" (??!!!) You "ran into a problem" (??!!) What problem exactly are you experiencing Microsoft? I'm given the option to "go online for help" Why? Shouldn't your links just work? I tried to "go online", but everything's useless, useless, useless!! I want a refund; do you really believe this is acceptable?
