I logged an email with Microsoft with regards to assisting me to get a reactivation key for my Office product. I received prompt feedback except now none of their web forms work, the email I replied to - the one and only one I got - is unmanned.
Now I don't know how to contact Microsoft.
My laptop was and I downloaded Microsoft Office 2010 Home User. I want to reactivate it as I've already paid for it.
