A couple weeks ago i walked into Pinnacle to purchase a graphics card that supports 3 monitors. The sales person confirmed with technical staff that the card they had in stock would me the requirements. the card did not work and when i checked with the manufacturer, they confirmed that the card does not support 3 monitors. On taking the card back to Pinnacle for a credit, the technical staff pointed out small bit of rust on a and fingerprints on the card and said that they will not be able to accept the card back in this condition. My questions to him were how does a card build up rust on a stainless steel within a week in a non-coastal town and how was I expect to install the card without touching it. all he kept saying is that they could not accept the card and eventually i realised this was trying to address a technical issue with a brick wall and I walked out before losing my temper.
