Hi, My name is Sizo. I bought a Packard Bell 1.5TB External hard disk drive (HDD) on 2012/09/10 from Matrix. In June 2013, the HDD gave me problems & I couldn't access my data. Due to the importance & invailuable data in the HDD, I was compelled to return it for backup & possible repairs as it was still within 1 year warranty, I did so in July 2013. The purchase receipt indicate that returned goods will be replaced/ repaired within 21 working days, which was also confirmed by Technician in-store after checking the condition of the HDD. It's been months & I still haven't received any response nor phone call explaining what's happening. I have made follow ups (in person & telephonically) with the technician in-store, but everytime I'm told to "wait for a call". I emailed my dissatisfaction on 2013/10/14 to an address appearing on my receipt, but to date no response. I enquired personally at the shop on 2013/10/18 but to no prevail. I feel I've been patient long enough but unfortunately my patience is running out. I demand explanation of any delays as a matter of urgency. I am now requesting for full refund as clearly the HDD cannot be repaired or replaced. Please assist me. Thank you
