This is a continuation from the previous report of a faulty laptop. they phoned me on19 july 2013 and informed me that TOSHIBA had replaced the faulty hard drive and also that all my documents were gone..
i however i told them that i was no longer interested in the name TOSHIBA i need my money so i can buy good brand elsewhere. The gentleman said he was going to pass the information to the manager.
