My ACER harddrive crashed for the second time in a year. No sympathy or help from Acer, or from the place of purchase. Not only was it going to cost a fortune but the repairs (from Acer) could take up to 2 weeks!
Then in stepped Tumie from REM Communications and offered me his company's service to repair and re-install my harddrive within 48 hours. Less than 24 hours later, Tumie arrived at my office with my repaired laptop, all installations done and a great attitude to accompany that service. Tumie has not hesitated to provide support and answers to my queries promptly and knowledgeably.
So this is a big ups for Tumie and Rem Communication - great attitude, excellent service, good value all round. We need more businesspeople like Tumie out there, caring about clients, creating jobs and providing an excellent service. Thanks Tumie, you totally diffused a potentially frustrating and drawn out saga into a non-stressful 24 hours!
