I took my C320 All-In-One Desktop to Partserve to have the screen repaired (under warranty). After not getting satisfactory information from Partserve regarding the repair of the screen, I called Lenovo directly. I spoke to a couple of people at Lenovo and they were extremely efficient and phoned back several times after following up with Partserve on the status of my repair. Within 2 days after phoning I had a new PC issued to me and another follow up call from Lenovo (Geoff), to find out if everything was satisfactory.
I can only compliment Lenovo for their great service and quick response. Thankyou.
