One very frustrating experience

During May 2013, i purchased a Mecer laptop from our local Mustek branch. The salesperson promised me that Mecer laptops are the best, and that i would not be sorry for getting one. WELL, I AM! Since the day i received the BRAND NEW laptop, i have had problem upon problem with it. It has been back to the technition twice. Now, this is a new thing you just paid R7 000 for!!! What a waste of money! And time!!! Try to work on a laptop that does not always switch on, that does not switch off, and that every now and again alarms and switches off because of the fan giving problems!

Mustek only asks me to send in my laptop for repairs. What do i work on in the meantime? And why send in a laptop that is only 4 months old??? I ask for a new one, because i believe this one's problems will never end.
