Apart from the usual good service, I have on two occasions been blown away by Wootware's dedication to customer service when something goes wrong. Obviously at some point we experience a fault in otherwise good technology. Thankfully Wootware were relentless is pressuring their suppliers to make the otherwise lengthy process shorter. You can rely on them to do everything possible to make sure you are treated fairly when there is a problem with your product.
