Within an hour UK Microsoft phoned me... transferred me to a gentleman to help, they could not 'find' the product key. after i bought my Windows 8 Pro here at Incredible Connections in Somerset west. i had installed a NEW harddrive..after upgrading win 7 to win 8 Pro.. build 9200.
The connection was cut off, for one or another reason... am STILL struggling with WIn 8 on my computer.
So... the 'robot's at Microsoft were 'real' people afterall... but never tried to phone me again.. to SOLVE This chitty Win 8 pro..
