Dreadful Service

I bought a laptop through smartshop1 on BIDORBUY, firstly the laptop was advertised as having 4GB of ram. But it only comes with 2, so the seller sent the extra 2gb, which did not work. So he resent more ram, and it worked. I confirmed with Maurice Herve Nguetse Ndongmo that it has a 1 year warranty. Now, about 3 months later, the hard drive has broken. I contacted Maurice Herve Nguetse Ndongmo, and he tells me that i must contact acer myself. Which i do, and there is no warranty.!!! Now he is not willing to help, and i gave him a bad rating on bidorbuy, i also said i will change the rating if he fulfills his original promise of 1 year warranty. Now he holds the bad rating against me - even though it can be changed - even though it is there for buyer protection - DO NOT do business with this individual. He is rude, not willing to help, and will still not honor his promise of warranty. I hope his business goes the same way as his attitude.
