No Feedback from Hello Peter, despite promising

I posted a complaint "Al Awnings" to which the Supplier responded, WITH BLATANT, WHICH I HAVE FACTUAL DOCUMENTATION ON, but I have no chance of showing him up for what he is... HelloPeter sent me a mail advising me that they would forward a document that would allow me to make comments of the Suppliers response.

It's way over the 56hrs, and the Suppliers laughing all the way, as he just denied what i said, forgetting that I have documented proof, BUT Hello Peter doesn't help much if we point out the poor service and or Supplier, and he respond with a total denial...

In fact, the Supplier walks off better, as he just denied all I said and made comments which I would like to use the forum to illustrate what a he is... He has the last say, which really doesnt help me...
