Where service is excellence???

Handed in Panasonic Microwave, received a quote for repair that indicated that they need payment before they can repair. Made payment on 22 July 2013. The service department indicated that they do have the spares they are only waiting for my payment. After sometime I enquired and was told they are waiting for spares from Dubai. I indicated that Panasonic SA has spares, why get it from Dubai. To date on reply or indication of the status of the repair.
