I contacted Panasonic for information on a Panasonic NE 9870 Microwave which I am repairing. He referred me to one of his agentsin george, named let me repair. Mr. C van Zyl told me that this information cannot be given to me but that they could repair the microwave for me. This would cost me a fortune as I am in Uitenhage and he is in george. This is just one more way of making sure that they have no competition, and therefor can charge what they want.
