On 11 July 2013 Spares and labour where paid for to replace a rubber grommet on the stand for the hood, to replace the shock absorbers for the tailgate, to replace the switch for the heated seats on the drivers' side and to replace the cruise control switch. I have been phoning 2 to 3 times per month to follow up on when I can bring my vehicle for them to repair but every time I just get the response that they are still waiting for the spares and that the spares will be arriving in that week. Up until today (24 October 2013) they have not let me know about receiving the spares or bringing my vehicle in for the repairs which they have received payment for in full more than three months ago
