I bought a laptop bag from them.
The second it had arrived some of the stitching was looser but no point in just shipping one bag back.
I payed R666 for this bag and it's HP which is a reputable bag.
The stitching just became worse and worse and after 3 months, the bag became unusable.
The overall slow replies to emails and bad attitude really makes a person angry.
Their willingness to sort out the issue is non existent and on top of this it looks like they haven't even given me a refund!!
