I took my Panasonic Plasma TV in for HDMI repairs on 9 July 2013. At the stage I did inform the consultant that the HDMI Controller Chip was faulty and they do not need to do an assessment. They ignored this and it took the technician one week to assess that "The Customer was right" and only then was the part paid for and ordered, i.e. a waste of one week already.
I have since not heard anything back, up to when I phoned this morning, only to hear that the part is still in Dubai somewhere.
This is the thing about a monopoly: They do not give a about the customer, because they are the only repair agents for Panasonic in the Country!!
I have been without my TV for more than a month now, paying my DSTV subscription for what?!

If you can, avoid this Company for repairs - their track record on HelloPeter speaks for itself.
