Customer service unacceptable

A quote was requested and feedback took approximately a month. Only time response was received was when we phoned. Finally a quote was received. No order can be placed without payment and this was duly done. After enquiring about the status of the order we were informed that pictures should be drawn of the parts required. This was done. We were told a waiting period of 2 weeks are to be expected as the parts are imported. After 2 weeks no feedback. We phoned and were told that they were waiting for the supplier as they had no stock. After approximately 2 weeks we phoned again and were told that not all the spares had arrived. We waited again for almost 2 weeks and were phoned to tell us all the spares are there. When going to collect it all the spares were not there. We now have to wait again. The people working in the spares department doeesn't even know the spares. The owner was not on site to assist and no manager attempted to assist. How long are we going to wait for now?
