Good service but horrible reception

I booked by HP Laptop in at Redington since they are the only company that repairs HP products it seems. The reception desk is poorly organized, they have a 'token' system so it seems organized, but when busy the place looks and operates like chaos. The reception staff is unprofessional and talk / joke loudly with each other, even with service department over the phone, and this adds to frustration as you know they are wasting your time (have enough of this when you go - you will need it). Not only did I have to point out that they typed my email address wrong three times (after which they got annoyed!?!? since I requested they fix it each time), they confronted me about the notes they wrote on the invoice (saying my Laptop "has scratches" - which I found to be vague). Also, upon pickup, they did not give me my battery back... when I asked for it they came out with a battery which I still don't know if it is even mine. Overall, the service itself was okay, but if you are willing to spoil your entire day through incompetent, loud, unprofessional, and un-organized staff - be warned.
