IF hp doesnt think a company like redington repairs who does their repairs makes them look bad then they just as bad, its time carte blanche step in like they did with let me repair, im sorry all my products is hp and i will never buy an hp product or advise anybody to do so, after the service i recieved from redington after 2 of my laptops had to be repaired is unbelievable, one cant believe that in this day an age a company can still operate with such bad service, their offices is aparantly in dubai, no way of comminucating with them unless email, took my laptop back today after they had me waiting 50min just for the charger, this after there was a 2week confusion about my payment, they gave me the wrong repair docket when i booked it, and ontop of that the reception lady asked me for R50.00NICE DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU HP YOU cant believe the standards you dropped to.
