HPs dishonest warrantee repair service provide

My Seagate SSD Hybrid HD crashed in Nov 2012, shortly after purchasing a new HP laptop. I took it to Redington to get replaced. For your reference the job orders for the repair 0001373089 and 0001339237. After 2 weeks of work, Redington agent, Shanelle phoned me to let me know that the sticker with the part number on it is missing and that they can't replace the hard drive. I phoned HP and they said that it won't be a problem and gave me the part number of the SSD.I then spoke to the manager, Fran Monish and gave him the part number 684506-001 that HP gave me and he agreed to take on the job. Why this process couldn't have been done without my intervention beats me. I went to pick up the laptop yesterday only to find that the hard drive has been replaced with a much cheaper Hitachi 750GB.I took pictures of the hd and got the agents to sign and witness what hard drive has been fitted before taking it home. The average turnaround time for a job is quoted as - 10 days but my laptop has been there for 2 months. I wasn't wiling to leave it with them any longer. The shop didn't have any manager I could speak to and I was just given Fran's contact details again. Still waiting on a resolution.
