After receiving a quote for a Microsoft Software Licence on 23-Jan-2013 we issued a Purchase Order on 5-Feb-2013 in accordance with our Agreement. We have sent numerous follow up e-mails and copies of the Quote and Purchase Order to representatives in DD and as yet I am still waiting to have my product delivered.
I am running a trail version of the software and now have 15 days before it expires and I will be unable to provide what has quickly become a critical service.
Sadly follow ups are often met with a new Account Manager and an "I will investigate", but no follow through.
How do I get my product delivered???
