No service charges for defective product

I had purchased my laptop and notified [URL Removed] on the same day of receiving the item (14/06/2013) that there were problems accessing the pre-installed Microsoft Office Starter software. After numerous "recorded" telephone conversations where I've had to constantly follow up with [URL Removed] they still have not understood the underlying problem- Microsoft Office Starter would not work.

Weeks later to date, they are still clueless and unable to comprehend the problem at hand. The delays in response are frustrating. After returning the defective product and following up yet again with [URL Removed] they are retaining 30% of the purchase price without being aware of what the problem is- I'm referring to today's conversation with them!

I would advise anyone wanting to purchase anything from [URL Removed] to rethink their decision and rather go into a store to make their purchase. The clueless people at [URL Removed] support line are completely unaware of the details of the products they are selling and are unable to provide any assistance whatsoever!
