No response to e-mail sent 20-6-2013 plus

1. If the 6 months simulation period has expired and have been unable to achieve the average return of 40%, surely as stated in the original document, I am entitled to be reimbursed with the full purchase price of the software?
2. During the meeting mentioned above It was noted that my e-mails were responded to and I was questioned as to why I took so long to get to this point of dispute and rather use the "Hellopeter" platform which was damaging to the UCG company. In order to resolve this contentious issue, I request copies of the responses given to the following letters and e-mails sent by me: (not listed due to space limitations)
a) Numerous telephonic and sms messages were also sent to Marcel after the 28th February 2013 and before the 29th April 2013, requesting his response in writing.
b) Marcel advised that a telephonic agreement to accept the computer and software and confirming he could ignore the registered letter of cancellation was recorded as a company policy. I dispute this and request a copy of the recording in order to resolve this issue.
In order to proceed with the process of regaining trust, I request that all of the above items are responded to fully.
