I bought a Dell L702x about 2 years ago. About a year ago my keyboard stopped working and they replaced the motherboard with a refurbished unit, this I don't understand as the keyboard was faulty and not the motherboard. After this the refurbished motherboard that was supplied into my laptop was faulty the graphics card was blown. I contacted dell and they came and replaced the motherboard with another refurbished unit and now my charger will not stay connected to the laptop. The port which the charger plugs into is clearly damaged and my charger wiggles around in there with so much free play. I cannot keep the laptop charging for more than 5 minutes and the plug falls out. This was not the case with my initial motherboard. I also have noticed radical decline in my battery life due to this fault and my battery is now damaged. I feel that the laptop should be replaced all together with a NEW laptop as this damage to my laptop was not of my causing. The rear cover was also damaged by one of the technicians.
The battery only lasts around 10min and the laptop switches off completely so I am loosing work.
I have tried contacting dell support on their email and there is never a reply.
