TELKOM FREE PHONE FAULTY, TO BAD SO SAD attempt3

2-3 WEEKS LATER, AGAIN NOTHING HAPPENS, NO ONE CONTACTS ME, JUST A REPLY ON HELLO PETER TO PRETEND THAT THEY CARE. it seems all i do is complain on hello peter only to have a telkom person reply saying thanks and nothing gets done. if the guy reading this is the one that pretended to help me 2-3 weeks ago, please pass it on to someone in your team more competent.
