I lodged a complaint with Vodacom customer care on the 21st of jan 2013, they were quick to respond to my hello peter complaint, they kept me hanging from pillar to post again, as in my original complaint, passing the buck.
on 30 Jan 2013, I was told that they needed another 24hrs to sort the problem out, despite numerous attempts to get hold of them, nobody has even bothered to reply, that was the last time i've heard from them, 12 days.
Please can someone advise me of how to cancel all my contracts with Vodacom and advise me on a better service provide
